T.S.C.A.R.
Code of Behavior
1. Appropriate
dress is required at all T.S.C.A.R. functions.
2. All persons
are to respect the comfort of the other guests in the function hotel by refraining
from being noisy in the corridors or rooms after 11 p.m. while others are trying
to sleep.
3. All persons
are to obey the laws of the United States of America and the State of Texas; specifically,
laws pertaining to drugs and alcohol. All adults are asked to refrain from the drinking
of alcoholic beverages in the presence of T.S.C.A.R. members and in the public rooms
of the hotel during T.S.C.A.R. functions.
4. All persons
are to be prompt in attending all sessions of the function and to occupy the seat
designated for him.
5. Nightly
curfew will be strictly enforced. Friday night curfew is 12 midnight; Saturday is
1:00 a.m., unless extended by the Senior State President. All persons attending
the T.S.C.A.R. function are expected to comply with the Code of Behavior. This includes
ALL members, ALL seniors, and ALL guests from the beginning of the function until
the conclusion of all activities of the function. Note: Curfew does not mean that
you "must" stay up until that specific time. Adults are to use common sense and
discretion when supervising younger children.
